Petition under Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 80 & 82 of GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 read with Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy, 2023 and amendments thereof and the Tariff Order dated 31.08.2024 praying before the Commission to exercise its power under Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 seeking clarification, regulatory interpretation and modification of Clause 5.7 (iv) of the Connectivity Procedure, 2025 issued by GETCO.
