Petition under Section 86 (1)(a) (e) and (f), Section 61 and Section 94 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 23 and 80 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 read with, Notification No. 2 of 2020, Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2020, and Notification no. 2 of 2022 Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2022 and its provisions regarding applicability of banking charges on energy generated by Rooftop Solar PV System in Gujarat State, to decide and adjudicate the dispute between Solar Rooftop Project (generator) being governed by the GERC Net-Metering Regulations prevailing and applicable on the date of commissioning of Solar Rooftop Project and the Respondents No.1 & 2 the distribution licensees and to decide and adjudicate the dispute with regard to applicable provision of Regulations
for Grid Interactive Rooftop PV Solar Project commissioned on 18th January 2022, before the publication of GERC Net Metering Regulations Third Amendment on 31.05.2022.
