Petition under Regulations 28 & 31 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) Regulations, 2024 read with provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and to set off of generated units for a period between 18.03.2020 to 19.06.2020 and thereby be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 1 PGVCL to grant set off of 516202 units for a period between 18.03.2020 to 19.06.2020.
